This section is focused on a single team at a time. There is an option at the top to select the card types and the team.

The first widget gives a quick overview of individual team progress. It shows 4 bars for each sprint

  • Capacity: The capacity of this team for this sprint

  • Load: Sum of story points for all the stories in this sprint

  • Done Story Points: Sum of all the story points done in this sprint.

  • Committed Load: Sum of the story points when the sprint started (it's kind of baseline to remember what team committed at the start of sprint)

Next to these charts is the information about the stories a team is working on and the changes it had since planning.

Description of these values

  • Current (Tracking): Number of stories in all the sprints for the team on this board

  • Previous (Planning): Number of stories in all the sprints for the team on this board in "Planning State" of the board

  • Scope Change - Added: Stories added to this team, as a result of newly created stories or moving stories from backlog to the sprint after the board state changed from Planning to Tracking.

  • Scope Change - Removed: Stories were removed from this team after the board state changed from Planning to Tracking.

The numbers are clickable and show related stories, e.g., when we click on "Scope Change - Added", we can see 11 stories that were added after the planning and the sprints they are added to

All Stories by Team

The table is similar to the "Delivery by Features" section and focuses only on the stories that are planned by the selected team.

An important thing to note in this section is the 0 --> 5 or S1 --> S2 kind of changes, these are changes compare to the planning state. For example, Story "203" had 0 story points in the planning and now it has 5 story points.

Story "213" was in Sprint 1 in the planning state and now it's in Sprint 2

There are other options to view contents in this table.

Spill Over - Stories means the stories that were committed a sprint at the beginning but didn't complete and were moved to another sprint.
