The Scrum of Scrums view at Kendis makes it easier to understand how well the program and teams are progressing in the current sprint. In this article, we'll discuss how the % completion works in Scrum of Scrums when using Kendis.

Percentage Completion

Click on any team, and you will see another percentage bar under the main percentage bar. For the Second percentage bar, you can choose Progress Type by either By Estimate or By Story.

  • By Story completion is calculated based on the number of stories done.

  • By Estimation, completion is calculated based on the story points for the stories that are done.

Change Team Percentage Completion Criteria

By default, the Team percentage completion bar is based on "By Done Stories." However, it is possible to select different criteria.

You can follow these steps to select different criteria.

  • Click the cog icon on the top right and go to Settings in the side menu.

  • In General Settings, you can change "Teams Progress By."

  • Choose from one of the following.

    • Don’t Show Progress Bar: This option allows you to hide the progress bar and just view the list of teams.

    • By Done Status: This option allows you to view the progress of each team based on its completion status.

    • By Done Story Points: This option allows you to view the progress of each team based on the total story points completed.

    • By Impediments Completion: This option allows you to view the progress of each team based on the completion of any impediments.

    • By Action Points Completion: This option allows you to view the progress of each team based on the completion of any action points.
