When you purchase an Enterprise Pro (On-Prem) package and need a license key, you must first install Kendis.
Steps to get the key
Install Kendis Enterprise Pro (On-Prem) version. Follow the instructions at https://help.kendis.io/en/collections/1629100-self-hosted-setup
Once the installation is completed, you will get a 10 days temporary license
Follow the instructions in this article to get the deployment ID and reach out to Kendis sales team or support team to get your full license key.
Find your Deployment ID
From the settings option on the left navigation, select option "License Info." and Deployment ID is mentioned there. Use the copy icon next to the Deployment ID and send this to Kendis support team.
Copy the "Deployment ID" and proceed to the next step.
Get the Key
Kendis key should be requested from your Kendis Account Manager. If you don't have your account manager, you can drop us an email at support@kendis.io with the " your Kendis server "Deployment ID", number of users, and duration of the key. We will be in touch shortly.
Update the Key
From the settings option on the left navigation select option "License Info"
It will show the option to enter the license key
In case, your key is still valid, the information about the number of users and remaining days will be shown.
Click to "Apply License Key"
Enter your new key and press Save
Your account will be updated.
