When integrating Kendis with Azure DevOps, it is recommended that individual users identify themselves in Kendis. This ensures that actions performed by users are appropriately reflected in Azure DevOps.
Important Notes:
Users do not need to provide any keys or credentials used during the ALM account setup.
The only requirement is to authorize their Azure DevOps account, as outlined in the following steps.
Steps to Configure OAuth:
Access ALM Credentials
Go to your profile in Kendis and click on "ALM Credentials"
Select the Correct ALM Account
Ensure you have selected the ALM account configured with OAuth.
Edit Credentials
Click on the "Edit" button.
Authorize Azure DevOps
Click on "Get OAuth Token".
You will be redirected to the Azure DevOps authentication screen.
Click "Accept" to grant permissions.
You will be returned to Kendis automatically.
Test the Connection
Click on "Test Connection" to verify the integration.
Save Changes
Once the connection test is successful, click "Save" to finalize the setup.
Your Azure DevOps account is now successfully linked with Kendis, allowing seamless synchronization of user actions.
