With this small release update, Kendis offers the following enhancements.
1) New Features
By Story View for AzureDevOps Boards, more info at https://help.kendis.io/en/articles/5795267-how-to-view-user-stories-in-the-team-area-azuredevops
The ability to remove "Empty Cards" with the option under "Board Settings", means that if there are feature cards left on the board without stories then you can remove all of them using this option. In case a feature card has dependencies on it (even though no stories) then the card will not be removed.
For Jira Board, ability to configure " Start Sprint Tracking" or "End Sprint Tracking" using webhook and it is available at "Edit Board Settings --> Additional Settings", more info at https://help.kendis.io/en/articles/5798661-start-and-end-sprint-through-webhook-jira
2) Improved Messages and Ability to fix ALM (Connection) Issues
Multiple customers reported that when the credentials or token expires at ALM Connection (Jira or AzureDevOps), it was a bit harder to understand what should be done to fix it.
Now when the token or credentials become invalid at the main board ALM (Under Settings) or for an individual user then Kendis will show a precise error message with the option to click and fix the problem right away. There will be no more needs to click around to understand how to fix the issue.
For example, when the token expires or is not valid anymore, the user will see this kind of message. A similar message will be shown in the case of Jira too.
3) Display of the Jira/AzureDevOps Users
Kendis makes calls to Jira or AzureDevOps based on the profile user (currently logged-in user) or the main admin user setup at settings --> ALM Account (also known as "Board ALM"). In case the connection is not working, it will be helpful to know exactly which user in your agile tool (Jira/AzureDevOps) is causing the problem.
An icon of Jira/AzureDevOps user at different places is shown and on mouseover, the details of the user are displayed. This will be helpful if in case certain data is not visible at Kendis from Jira/AzureDevOps.
