Kendis provides a dedicated export function for every critical planning component, allowing you to instantly generate reports for strategic oversight, analysis, and stakeholder communication. This guide details how to export reports for every PI planning element.
How to Access and Export Your Data
All data exports in Kendis follow a sequential, two-part process. You first access the specific data module, then trigger the export function, which is located either on the page itself or within the Settings menu.
Ensure you have the current PI's Program Board open.
Open the Planning Menu: Click the "More" button at the top right corner to open the main Planning Menu.
Select the Data Module: Click on the specific item you need to export (e.g., "Risk Register" or "Team Capacity"). This opens the dedicated tracking page.
Locate Export Function: Once the dedicated page loads, find the export function:
Direct Export: Look for the dedicated Download/Export icon (the quickest way) in the top control bar of the page. If visible, click this icon to select your file format immediately. If not, proceed to the Settings step.
Via Settings: Click the Settings modal (gear icon) and select the Export option from the list.
Select Format and Download: Choose your preferred file format (CSV, Excel, or PDF) from the available list, and the download begins instantly.
Now that you are familiar with the standard export process, the following tables detail the specific reports available, categorized by their function and the unique data they provide.
