On some older boards, Planning Agenda and related capabilities will not be visible by default. Follow these steps to enable Planning Agenda on any board.
Go to the Board Settings
Click on "Edit Board Settings"
Now uncheck the "Hide Planning Agenda and related capabilities ..."
Press "SAVE" and close the settings area
More menu options will change and show you PI Planning and related options
To view Dependencies, Risks, Analytics, and other options, click on the "More" link in the menu.
