Sprint Reports

Sprint reports at Kendis are unique. They provide great insights and data for the organizations to understand what was planned for each sprint and what actually delivered.

It has two sections

  • Program Progress: Covering the delivery of the features, user stories, dependencies, risks and objectives at the program level

  • Team Progress: This section explains how each team performed against their committed plans.

Support of Group on Jira Board

Group by at Jira board provides options to view features grouped by multiple different options. An important point to note is, if you have enabled "Additional Fields" at Kendis and have selected your custom or standard Jira fields, they will be available for grouping.

In the screenshot below, a custom field from Jira "Product Team," is added to the Kendis board, and now you can view the features related to each field value. Automatically start and end sprint track at the scheduled times.

Automatically start and end sprint track at the scheduled times

To get the "Committed Load" and your sprint reports to work properly, your sprints must have start and end tracking triggered properly at the right time in Kendis. If you use Jira, then the sprint start and end could be taken care by the "Webhook". However, for Azure DevOps, there isn't an automated way.

With this update, you can now configure the start and end sprint tracking at Kendis for both type of boards.
