With this release, Kendis brings a new experience for your Program Increment Planning that will enable all your release train members to be able to access a centralized agenda, with multiple timezone support and engage better with a unique Planning SoS experience that will help RTEs and Scrum Masters.

1. Manage PI Agenda
You don't need to send multiple calendar invites for common sessions or team breakouts. Kendis agenda management will help you with
Set team locations
Date and time of each planning day
Use default template to pre-fill the agenda items
Meeting room links for your common or team break out sessions (Simply copy the URL for your MS Teams, Zoom, or any other collaboration service)

2. Team Capacity Management
Team capacity is accessible via the More menu option and it offers comprehensive management for your team capacities. You can
Set default capacity value: This will be applied whenever a new team member is added to a team
Summary of the team by team capacity
Able to add capacity per user per sprint
Set location and role for a team member. These are optional fields.
Add "Non-Kendis" users to the team capacity list: You may search them from your agile tool (Jira/AzureDevOps) or create a new user with name and email. Adding a Non-Kendis user will not consume your Kendis license.
Search Users from Jira or AzureDevOps
Click on the Users drop-down and then select "Search from Jira" or "Search from AzureDevOps", depending on the agile tool you use.
Type the name of the user and results will be shown from your agile tool directory, e.g., in this case from Jira. Once you see the result, simply click on the user name and it will be added to your list. Once the user is added, they will become "Non-Kendis" users and will be available for selection in the user's list for the next time.
3. Planning SoS (Scrum of Scrums)
It is an important part of the PI or big room planning. Kendis provides a comprehensive way to manage this process Kendis.
Create multiple Planning SoS sessions.
Set date, time, and the "Virtual Room" link
First Planning SoS will be created with the default questions.
You may add, edit or remove questions.
Copy template options with the ability to copy answers from other sessions.
Get a summary of how many teams have answered the questions.
In case a team is blocked on any step, red background and a blocked icon will be visible to get instant visibility.

4. Program Roles
With this section, you can define program roles, each team scrum master, and product owner information.
Other Enhancements and Improvements
There have been few enhancements and bug fixes done as part of this release update. Most importantly, now Smart Reports would still work if your webhook is not working. Previously, if your webhook wasn't working then some sections of the Smart Reports wouldn't show the data, e.g., scope changes, or done stories. With this release update, now when you perform the "Resync Board", smart reports will pick up all the changes.
